Pedal Mafia is proud to offer FREE SHIPPING over $99 on all United States orders, we are dedicated to bringing you the best products we can - as quickly as we can. We're an Australian company with an International warehouse and we utilize the services of DHL, Aus Post and UPS shipping for all Worldwide orders. Placing our trust in these companies means that sometimes things can occasionally go wrong - here are a few things we look out for when packing orders.
Correctly addressing orders
We endeavor to address orders with the information given at the time of purchase, if a zip code or suburb is entered incorrectly this can create delays with the shipment.
We shop from a centralized location
This means that your shipment will have to cross borders on its way to you - this means shipping times may vary state by state.

International Orders
Delivery times will vary from country to country. Please be aware for overseas orders that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility. Should the customer refuse to pay these charges, and the package is returned, the order will be refunded subject to a 30% re-stocking fee and the cost of shipping. To learn more about your countries taxation rates please contact your local customs office.
We do our best to communicate with shipping vendors to track your items and make sure they arrive on time. We're still structurally a small business, so please allow 1 - 2 business days between placing your order and it being packed and sent, allowing an extra day when ordering on the weekend.
Custom Clothing/Made to order
Pedal Mafia will strive for a 4-6 week turnaround on all custom orders from the point of design confirmation. The customer accepts that some delays out of Pedal Mafia's control can arise, which may occasionally delay shipments beyond this timeframe. In the event that this happens the customer will be duly notified. Free shipping does not apply to custom apparel orders.
